In France there are many such piers.

You can walk over them into the sea and have a great view of the beaches.

There are always a lot of people going on on this bridge. I was just wearing my thin summer dress, without panties, of course. What I had not considered was that the wind was blowing very strongly. Half the time my dress was blown up to my arms and gave a view of my naked butt – so what?
